Texte (from field presentation):
You’re now in the aisle dedicated to the Metal Ages with the Bronze Age and the Iron Age. This period, also called protohistory, is characterized by the development of metallurgy, a domain well mastered at the end of the Neolithic period when the first copper objects are created. The protohistoric society was made up of farmers, breeders, skilled craftsmen, and especially bronze craftsmen. It is dominated by warriors famed for gaining an increasing control over commercial exchange networks through fierce battles. In fact, these contacts will not only be clearly revealed by archaeological remains, but are also documented with written evidence!
